SLINGSHOT 2025 - Deep Tech Startup Pitching Competition
SLINGSHOT 2025 is the 9th edition of Singapore's premier deep tech startup pitching competition, organized as part of the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) from October 29 to 31, 2025. This global platform invites startups to showcase innovative solutions across categories such as Environment, Energy and Green Technologies; Health and Biomedical; Manufacturing, Trade and Connectivity; and Transformative Digital Technologies. Participants compete for over S$2 million in grant prizes, with the top 60 global startups earning a sponsored trip to Singapore to engage with industry leaders, investors, and ecosystem partners. The competition culminates in live pitches during the SWITCH event, offering startups unparalleled exposure and opportunities for collaboration.
Benefits
- Dedicate a reasonable amount of my time on the business, not be employed full time by another employer, and must be a key decision-maker in the company;
- Register / have registered a private limited company in Singapore.
- Business activities run by my company should be conducted wholly or mainly* in Singapore;
- Proposed business idea must not be in the following list: cafes, restaurants, night clubs, lounges, bars, foot reflexology, massage parlours, gambling, prostitution, social escort services, employment agencies (including recruiting foreign work permit holders and workers/support staff, relocation services, and manpower services), and geomancy.
- I understand that Enterprise Singapore reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the grant as may be specified and deemed necessary.

1st Runner Up of SLINGSHOT 2025:
S$300,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
12 months’ rent-free space at JTC LaunchPad
2nd Runner Up of SLINGSHOT 2025:
S$200,000 Startup SG Grant Prize
6 months’ rent-free space at JTC LaunchPad
