Our mission is to foster an ecosystem that supports sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurship within the events industry and related sectors. By addressing gaps in capacity building, funding access, and operational support, SEEV Africa® seeks to build pathways for measurable and social economic impact across Africa through strategic partnerships that bridge development funders and for-profit implementers and leverage data-driven solutions, to achieve sustainable outcomes in the events industry.
Event entrepreneurs often struggle to secure financing and implement impactful solutions that enhance their events’ economic and social value. Development funders, on the other hand, face challenges in identifying effective platforms to achieve measurable impact. This gap limits the potential of events to drive sustainable development, build community engagement, and maximize brand equity for sponsors. Without a bridge between these stakeholders, the opportunity to transform events into powerful drivers of economic growth, social change, and community benefit is lost

Paul has spent over a decade working with incredible brands and public institutions in events, tourism and hospitality, public health and sports; to strengthen their positioning and brand equity in the market. His drive to create social value sharpened his affinity for partnerships, intrapreneurship, talent development, program design and building ecosystems.

Blessed has worked in the operations and logistics for reputable brands in Rwanda’s hospitality and events industry. She has established relationships with key suppliers in the industry and brings with her experience in agency operations, media buy, event design, client relations, brand, influencers and event management.
